Also, on August 2, 2018 Jacksonville will be having a Back to School Fair at the John Alexander Gym where children can receive a backpack filled with school supplies.
On August 11, 2018 the Junior League of Lufkin will be having a Back to School Bonanza where school age children of Angelina County can receive free backpacks full of school supplies, haircuts, and uniforms.

According to an investigation by the Guardian, several employees working in fulfillment centers for Amazon have been left without any compensation after work related injuries. This isn’t shocking after learning that the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health deemed the Amazon fulfillment centers as one of the most dangerous places to work in the United States, including them on the “dirty dozen” list.
